Delivery Coverage
3Q currently offers delivery services to the following locations:
- Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia)
- Singapore
Please note:
- Delivery is limited to valid street addresses only.
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
- We do not offer international shipping beyond the regions listed above at this time.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed within one (1) working day upon confirmation of payment. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days
- East Malaysia: 5 – 7 working days
- Singapore: 2 – 5 working days
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional campaigns.
Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders delivered to:
- Peninsular Malaysia
- Singapore
For deliveries to East Malaysia, an East Malaysia shipping fee will be automatically applied at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated for specific promotions or oversized items, no additional shipping charges will be applied beyond what is shown during checkout.
Delivery & Receipt
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- 3Q will not be held responsible for parcels received and signed for by individuals other than the intended recipient.
- After three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to 3Q. Should you wish to arrange redelivery, additional charges may apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives with visible damage, product defects, or missing items, please submit a Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your invoice number and relevant supporting documentation (e.g., photographs of the affected items).
All return and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to 3Q’s final approval.
